Chuck Fleischmann for Congress named Tom Decosimo, Managing Principal at DCF, the campaign's finance chairman today.
According to Mr. Decosimo, “Chuck’s business experience, intellectual depth, ethical, moral, and conservative grounding, and exceptional work ethic combine to make Chuck a very effective voice for the 3rd district. His command of the complex issues facing our nation and our region has earned him the respect of his colleagues and Congressional leadership. Mr. Decosimo is CEO and a Managing Director of Decosimo Corporate Finance, LLC ("DCF"). DCF is a broker/dealer that specializes in providing merger, acquisition, and capital sourcing services for middle market businesses. Mr. Decosimo and DCF's other professionals have advised clients in hundreds of transactions totaling more than $17 billion throughout the United States and Europe.
Mr. Decosimo is also a Principal at Joseph Decosimo and Company, PLLC, the accounting firm where he helps lead the Decosimo Advisory Services ("DAS") practice. DAS specializes in providing business valuation, litigation support, and transaction advisory services. Mr. Decosimo has been awarded the most prominent business valuation designations and provided expert valuation testimony in US Tax court this past year.
Mr. Decosimo also chairs the Richmont Graduate University/Chattanooga Bible Institute Board of Trustees and resides on Signal Mountain with his wife Anita and is the father of son Garnett and daughter Alexis.
